As a staff our goal is to support Dr. Carlson & Dr. Hales in all they do. We are firmly committed to the mission and vision of their practice. As a team we respect and demand the best from each other and celebrate our diversity. We bring excitement to our work and demonstrate by our voice, demeanor, and appearance that we take pride in our mission, our work, and in each other. We respect and appreciate our relationships with Dr. Carlson and Dr. Hales, members of referring offices, our patients and each other. We realize that what we do as individuals and as a team can and does make a difference in the world and we are ready for that challenge.

Tara- Tara was awarded “Dental Assistant of the year” by the Arizona Dental Association in 2004, an award that was much deserved! She is an energetic and powerful force for good in our office! Tara has been with us since 1996 and has been one of the key people in building our practice. She has the ability to take charge and take care of anything that comes her way. Tara is knowledgeable, reliable, and has a love for life that makes our office shine! She heads up our back office and is always encouraging others to be their best. Besides work, Tara loves being a mom and wife, fast cars, boating, working out at the gym, movies, and her friends.
Melissa- Our office became a little brighter in 2007 when Melissa joined our dental team. Melissa is bursting with energy and enthusiasm which she has put to good use as she has learned all aspects of our front office. With her energy also comes great empathy. She is acutely aware of the needs and feelings of others and is ready to help when needed. Melissa also enjoys running, scrapbooking, playing and watching sports with her husband.
Becky- Becky is a very enthusiastic person who always brings her enthusiasm to work! Since 2001 patients and other staff members have had the privilege of having an association with Becky! She adds so much to our office. She is dedicated to helping the patients who come into our office and strives daily to make a difference not only in their lives but also in the lives of her fellow team-mates. She always has a smile and is there when you need something. Besides work, Becky enjoys her family, sports, chocolate, and being a grandma!
Megan- In the beginning of 2005 we were fortunate to have Megan join our dental team. She daily dedicates all her energies to the big and little details that keep our back office running smoothly. Megan is helpful, confident, and thoughtful which benefits the overall flow in so many ways. We have come to rely on Megan and are glad to have her as a part of our team. In addition to working, Megan loves spending time with her family and friends and especially with her new husband.
Dora- Dora joined our office in 2001 with over 15 years of prior endodontic experience. What a great find she has been! This experience has definitely benefited our office, but Dora’s caring nature is what we truly love! She goes the extra mile for each and every patient she gets the opportunity to associate with as well as with all of her fellow team-mates. She is friendly, caring, and very considerate! Dora has a love for Texas which is her home state and goes to visit as often as she can. She also loves her family, chocolate, and a good hot sauce!
Rene- Rene made 2005 a great year by joining our front office staff. She is a total joy! Rene enjoys each and every day at work, especially working with the patients. She is compassionate and understanding, has a wonderful sense of humor, is efficient and full of integrity. We have come to appreciate everything Rene brings to our office. She is fun, outgoing, and very energetic. Rene enjoys getting to know more about Arizona, dating, shopping, dancing, and she loves being a mom!
Annette- Annette was awarded “Front Office Personnel” of the year by the Arizona Dental Association in 2004, an award in our opinion she could win every year. Annette is our business and office manager and we feel like the luckiest people in the world to not only know her but also to work with her every day! Everything Annette does she does from her heart and she always gives 100%. She makes our office hum with energy and efficiency as she cares about and is dedicated to every aspect of our practice and our vision for the future. She loves to travel, read, be with family and friends, play games and make people smile! The absolute joys in her life are her husband and three children!
Lezlie- Lezlie is a bright spot in our office. In 2005 we were fortunate enough to have her join our front office team! Lezlie amazes us with her compassion for others. She is very aware of others needs and puts all her efforts into being there for each and every person she associates with. Lezlie is fun, upbeat, dedicated and thoughtful. She consistently strives to make herself and our office better, which we greatly appreciate. Lezlie has passion for her family, exercise, reading and Pepsi!
Marianne- Marianne came to us in 2005 brand new to the dental field but quickly has learned all the in's and out's of our office and has become a valuable dental assistant. She puts all her efforts daily into being there for each person she comes into contact with. Marianne is a team player! She loves to learn and take pride in doing her job the very best she can. Marianne is cheerful, caring, self-assured, and excited to be here. Outside of work Marianne is a talented artist. She enjoys all types of art, particularly drawing. She loves eating out and being in love with her awesome husband.
Holly- 2005 became an even better year when Holly became part of our dental assisting team. She is a quick learner, has exceptional assisting skills, and a confident, positive, and enthusiastic attitude that is very contagious. Holly is a people person, she is generous, not afraid of responsibility, and a pleasure to be around. We are so glad to have her. She has made a difference in all our lives as well as our patients' lives. Besides work, Holly enjoys running and outdoor activities, reading and spending time with friends.

Lindsey- Lindsey is absolutely delightful in every way and in 2005 we were delighted that she joined our dental assisting team. Lindsey is a smart, confident, and happy person which combined with her excellent assisting abilities, caring and delightful nature, she becomes a key part of our office. Daily Lindsey makes a difference in the lives of everyone she meets. After work she loves hanging out with her friends, going to the movies and playing sports.
