Surgical Case #1 S.B. - Apicoectomy

26 year old female. Diagnosis: #9 Necrotic pulp with Chronic Apical Abscess. RCT completed. 6 month re-evaluation shows lesion has not healed and patient reports symptoms. Apicoectomy with root end burnish & cyst removal. Cyst Diagnosis: Periapical granuloma.

xray 1: 6 month recall following non-surgical RCT. Tooth is still symptomatic so surgical treatment recommended
